Conditions of Use
1. General
Our Company “Aloha-Beachwear.com” is located in Thailand. All our products are manufactured in Thailand.
We deliver directly from Thailand. At Aloha-Beachwear You purchase high quality products at reasonable prices. All our items are quality checked before shipment and comply with the description in our Online Shop.
We reserve the right to make changes to the product in order to maintain its quality, without prior notice.
Little differences in design and color are no reason for an exchange of the product, as different Browser- and Monitor settings can be responsible for this effect.
2. Method of Payment
The whole purchase price has to be paid in advance.
At Aloha-Beachear You can pay save and comfortable by either prepayment to our German Bank Account (we have SWIFT & IBAN-Codes on Hand for a toll free bank transaction within the EU) or chose PayPal online payment.
All bills include our Name: Aloha-Beachwear.com and address.
Shipment fees are, after the product is dispatched, excluded from refunding. Items are shipped only to the customer after we’ve received the whole payment on either our Bank Account or Paypal. Please notice that the verification process of PayPal can take 1-3 Business days.
3. Shipment and Handling
Once Your payment has been received, one of our staff will immediately process Your order. If Your ordered item is in stock it will be packed and prepared for shipment within 24 ours after received payment.
We work with the local Post and international mail-order establishments as well. All Your orders are sent by registered airmail, witch takes in 90% of the cases, 6-14 business days, sometimes a bit longer especially around Christmastime.
Customs:
We would like to inform You about possible customs duties witch vary depending on the purchase price.
Information about custom duties are available at the websites of Your countries customs office ore directly at the authorized offices.
The limit of customs free import was set to 150 Euro value of goods as of 01. December 2008. That means any shipment up to 150 Euro value is customs free. Of course orders of higher value than 150 Euro will be divided in different packets so that they fall under the exemption limit.
3.1 Postage and Packing
For private customers detailed shipping costs are listed in each single product description. Shipping costs for wholesale customers are calculated individually as per order, as this depends on weight and requested mode of shipment. Within 12 hours after You’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation mail with a detailed invoice.
This bill is significant for Your order. You as a customer are entitled to verify this bill and if necessary to correct it and forward it to our billing address.
4. Retention of Titl
The delivered Product persists our title until the fully purchase payment has been received.
5. Resignation
Aloha-Beachwear reserves the right to cancel a purchase if our financial institute can not verify Your payment.
6. Warranty in case of Damage
If the delivered product arrives damaged at Your delivery address, You as a customer have the right to return the item or get a new product in exchange. In case of money refund we will refund the purchase price with exception of the shipping costs.
In case of damage, please simply send us an e-Mail with item number, Your name and address and a Aloha-Beachwear employee will get back to you within 24 hours after receiving Your e-Mail and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product as soon as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim any liability except the product warranty.This
specifically applies to consequential damages, lose of data, transactions, lost profits, including compensation of such damages, witch are not happened at the purchased product itself, but rather did arose because of their use, their impracticality or in otherwise at other devices, things or persons.
8. Copyright
All images, texts at Aloha-Beachwear.com, as well as the design of our Online Shop are protected by a world wide copyright. Copying or other publication of our contents is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Aloha-Beachwear uses the latest encryption standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to make sure orders and personal data can only be read by our computers and employee.
In order to process Your order, we need your name, e-mail address, and delivery address. This information remains strictly confidential.
Aloha-Beachwear obliges to protect the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not pass information about our customers to third parties except where it is necessary to provide a service to you e.g. the delivery of a product to You.
Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of carrying out and processing Your order and fulfilling our contract to You. Our delivery partners are the Thai Post (and the relevant postal services in countries outside of Thailand) as well as international parcel services. These service providers receive your information and use it only to deliver Your order to You.
Once Your order has been fulfilled, Your data is stored for legal/tax reasons; however access to this data is barred. This data is, therefore, not available to be utilized or shared with any third parties. We will not rent or sell Your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.
If you have not consented for You data to be used again e.g. for the reception of newsletters, then the remaining data will be deleted. In this case You can view, change and delete the relevant data on our website. Your consent to use your data can be revoked when ever You want.
